Are these apps still being maintained?

Yes, while there hasn’t been a new release in a while, we are very actively working on it.   We are currently doing a major overhaul.  The overhaul is making the internal design better, make the coding more consistent, and fixing bugs.   The new internal design will allow better testing, and better maintainability.  They will be very little new features in the next release, but new feature development will begin again after the next release.
